About me
My mission for over 20 years: Strengthening people’s ability to act by enabling them to experience that even small steps can have a big impact by consciously influencing their own scope for action.
Many people reach their limits in times of constant change and growing uncertainty: Familiar routines no longer work, excessive demands are spreading – with consequences for motivation, performance and mental health.
As a coach, I create the necessary space to pause. I open up new perspectives and opportunities for action with targeted reflection, especially in the dynamic everyday life of managers and teams. It’s often aha moments like this – “I’ve never thought about that before” – that trigger lasting change.
As a former manager, I know from my own experience how crucial clear communication, competence, empathy and appreciation are for trusting and successful collaboration. Today, this knowledge flows into my work in executive coaching and training.
- I support managers in gaining orientation and security in their (new) role and developing into confident leaders – authentically and effectively.
- I support teams in creating a sustainable and trusting culture – despite or precisely because of differing expectations, conflicts and changes in the company or market environment.
Resilience is the key to remaining capable of acting, focused and healthy even under pressure. This topic close to my heart is a focal point of my coaching sessions:
- Prevention & regeneration: consciously managing your own energy levels and anchoring mindfulness in everyday life
- Strengthening self-management: practical tools for structure, clarity and prioritization
- Recognize stress-reinforcing patterns: Identify obstructive thought and action patterns and replace them with effective alternatives
