Our own needs and wishes are suppressed and usually fall behind. We suffer form a lack of confidence, from self-doubt and disorientation. Personal crisis and decision-making overwhelm us. In personal coaching we help you:

  • to recognize and use your own resources and abilities
  • to clearly formulate and pursue your goals
  • to realize that the solution is within you

We conduct our coaching sessions either in person or online via video call.

Master your crisis with personal coaching

Crisis management

Unemployment, illness, separation – a personal crisis can have different causes. Crises usually lead us into a state of disorientation or even makes us losing our purpose. How do we deal with this situation? What are our options to master the crisis? In systemic coaching you develop answers to these questions together with your personal coach. You will restore your orientation, envision possible solutions, regain your self-confidence and develop new goals. Above all: we will help you to recognize your abilities, to take the first steps and to overcome the state of helplessness.

Solving conflicts

In personal coaching we offer you the opportunity to gain clarity about your situation, to recognise where you are right now and where you would like to be in future. With specific systemic coaching methods, such as the conflict map, we help you to identify your goal and to find the right solution.

A very effective and widespread method used in these kind of situations is the systemic individual constellation, which works well with conflicts in the family or in the relationship. This is how it works: floor anchors (moderation cards) represent the people involved in the conflict. Inner images are made visible and the change of perspective makes it possible to obtain clarity about connections and dependencies, to recognise one’s own wishes and needs – and also those of others – and to get impulses for further actions.

And even if we are aware of these memorised patterns, we don’t know how to notice and interrupt them in order to develop new approaches to solving our problem.
