About me

I am a systemic coach, entrepreneur and mother of three.

If I could only choose three words to describe myself and my work as a trainer and coach, they would be the following: Clarity, passion and empathy.

As a coach, I support managers and teams in their development and change processes. In addition to numerous coaching and training methods, I have 20 years of experience from setting up the communications agency Neonred and from working with clients, mainly in the corporate sector.

I am guided by the following attitude: “Those who lead, work and live in a strength-oriented way are inevitably more relaxed, happier and more successful.”
