About me
As an executive and leadership coach, trainer and consultant for communication, leadership andchange, I have been passionately supporting people, teams and organisations in their development for over 15 years. This often involves changes, their impact and dealing with them. Whether we are struggling with new structures, the Corona crisis or digitalization at our workplace, whether we want to improve our own leadership style and communication in a leadership or executive coaching, or we are simply overwhelmed by our private and professional lives – together with my clients I work out clearly what they specifically want to achieve and change. With empathy and positive energy, solution orientation and new perspectives, I succeed in motivating people, teams and organisations and bringing them forward on their path.
My own diverse experiences as leader have taught me one thing: leadership and communication skills and the active involvement of all participants are decisive for the success and sustainabilityof every upcoming change in any company. For me, leadership means supporting people, leverageing potential and giving orientation. Trust, transparency, openness and communication at eye level play a decisive role. This understanding of leadership enables me to build bridges and resolve conflicts in my leadership and executive coaching sessions. As coach, consultant and trainer, I accompany employees, leaders and executives, teams and entire organisations in a trusting manner to successfully master their challenges and achieve the goals they have set.
