About me

As an executive coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer for communication, leadership and change, I have been passionately supporting people, teams and organizations in their development for over 15 years. This often involves changes, their impact and dealing with them. Whether we are confronted with new structures, digital transformation or agile ways of working, whether we want to improve our own leadership style and communication, or whether we simply have too many things to deal with in our private and professional lives – together with my clients I work out clearly what they want to achieve and change in concrete terms. With empathy and positive energy, solution orientation and new perspectives, I succeed in motivating people, teams and organisations and bringing them forward on their path.

My own diverse experiences as leader have taught me one thing: leadership and communication skills and the active involvement of all concerned colleagues are decisive for the success and sustainabilityof every upcoming change in any company. For me, leadership means supporting people, leveraging their potential and providing orientation. Trust, transparency, openness and communication at eye level play a decisive role. Thisunderstanding enables me to build bridges and resolve conflicts. As a coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer, I confidently accompany leaders, teams and organizations in successfully mastering their challenges and achieving the goals they have set.
