About me
As a trainer, coach and mediator, I have been supporting companies and private individuals for many years on their path to greater clarity, understanding and development. The focus of my work is always on people – with their strengths, challenges and individual development opportunities.
It is important to me to clearly formulate goals together, plan realistically and implement them step by step. I work in a focused, attentive manner and with an open eye for what really moves people and teams. Satisfied customers are both confirmation and motivation for me.
In my many years of working in education management and as a trainer, coach and mediator, I have been able to support many people in change and development processes. I deliberately think unconventionally and look at things from different perspectives.
Whether in teams, organizations, families or individual settings – social systems and individual dynamics play a central role for me. Attitude and values are my inner compass and form the foundation of my work.
