About me

“You can’t not communicate” (Paul Watzlawik) – As a graduate communication scientist, it is important to me to understand and penetrate communication in all its facets – in theory and practice. In theory, I use workshops with interactive exercises and cases from the participants’ everyday lives to deal with agile tools and special areas of communication, such as conflict and negotiation management. In practice, my current focus as a systemic agile coach is on supporting teams with a wide variety of objectives, requirements, age structures and personal constellations. Through my many years of experience in the organization of communication and through the application of interventions, meeting structures and methods of discussion management, I help to share perspectives and find tailor-made solutions.

Creating clarity about your own goals and the goals of the team is a central element of my work. It is important to me that a sustainable, forward-looking and viable decision can be made in contact with one’s own needs and in orientation to the needs of others and the organization in order to guarantee progress. I offer a positive and open working atmosphere to generate new perspectives and behaviors with added value for clients and participants in a results-oriented and structured process with a noticeable effect.
