About me
As a team coach, I work with people and organizations that find themselves in complex situations. Where there are no simple answers and traditional solutions no longer work. My approach is deliberately light, clearly structured and approachable. Because complexity needs a good framework in order to become manageable.
I don’t believe in one perfect solution. Particularly in complex issues, sustainable results are achieved step by step – through different perspectives, trial and error and joint learning. This is exactly where I come in. In workshops and development processes, I create spaces in which people share their knowledge, take responsibility and make decisions together.
In team coaching, I often work with methods such as LEGO® Serious Play® and Liberating Structures. They make collaboration tangible for everyone, ensure balanced and co-designed participation and create psychological safety. The methods can be used flexibly – in small teams as well as in larger groups or management circles. Above all, however, they help to ensure that collaboration does not remain abstract, but becomes concrete, visible and effective.
As an experienced team coach, my systemic coaching approach focuses on what is there: strengths, skills, experience and potential. We work with clear goals, realistic steps and a structured framework. Instead of looking for people to blame, we reflect on situations. Instead of avoiding friction, we use it constructively.
Communication is my central theme here. It creates understanding, orientation and sustainable decisions. From over 20 years of experience as an international project manager, executive and coach/team coach, I know how crucial open communication at eye level is. That’s why I design workspaces in which collaboration is efficient, respectful and sustainable.

Others about me
“We have been working with Daniela Wirtz as a coach for our management team as part of our ongoing change process – and we are completely delighted. Daniela impressively combines methodical clarity, empathy and structured process support. She manages to build trust in a short space of time and establish a safe discussion atmosphere in which even critical issues can be dealt with openly and in a solution-oriented manner.” Alexander G.
“With you, I have the right sparring partner to take on new perspectives, try out varied methods for communication in the company and find suitable approaches.
The regular exchange is always my personal highlight, as I can gain valuable insights for myself in every session, but also for my team in my company, and I look forward to putting them into practice straight away. Thank you for accompanying me on my professional journey.” Lisa N.
“The practical approach was particularly valuable – through concrete case studies, reflection exercises and honest feedback, I was not only able to strengthen my self-confidence, but also to define my leadership behavior more clearly. Ms. Wirtz was extremely competent, empathetic and created an atmosphere of trust in which an open exchange was possible.
I go into my new role with a clear understanding of my role, more inner security and great motivation.” Melanie F.
“Many thanks, dear Daniela, for the great follow-up to last year. In everyday life, there is all too often a lack of time and space for togetherness and reflection within the team. The day with you was very valuable – recognizing together how much has developed in the team.” Inken R.
