About me
As a systemic consultant and coach for organizational development and change processes, I have been passionately supporting people, teams and organizations in their development for over 15 years. This often involves changes, their impact and dealing with them. Whether we are confronted with new structures, the digital transformation or agile working methods, the understanding of leadership is no longer up to date or the strategy is outdated – together with my clients, I work out clearly and precisely what they want to achieve and change. With empathy and positive energy, solution orientation and new perspectives, I succeed in motivating people, teams and organisations and bringing them forward on their path.
My own diverse experiences as a manager have taught me one thing: leadership and communication skills and the active involvement of those involved are crucial to the success and sustainability of upcoming changes in companies. For me, leadership means supporting people, leveraging their potential and providing orientation. Trust, transparency, openness and communication at eye level play a decisive role. This understanding enables me to build bridges and resolve conflicts. I support specialists and managers, teams and organizations with confidence in successfully mastering their challenges and achieving their goals.
