We – the Coachingwerk Köln – are a team of experienced coaches, mediators, trainers, organizational developers and consultants. We are united by a common systemic approach and a humanistic view of people: We believe in the ability of people, teams and organizations to develop their own solutions – if the right questions are asked and the framework is right. With over 250 years of combined professional and management experience, we bring together a broad spectrum of perspectives, skills and specializations. We see our diversity as a strength. We think together, look at complex situations from different angles and develop solutions that are sustainable, connectable and effective. We see it as our task to support development and change in a targeted, professional and human way. Through our systemic coaching and systemic consulting, we create orientation, promote participation and design development, change and coaching processes in such a way that they fit the people, their goals and their respective culture.

We work in Cologne, the Rhineland and throughout the German-speaking world – in person or digitally, and in English if required. Our experience ranges from small teams to large organizations, from start-ups to SMEs to corporations, from the private sector to the public sector to non-profit and charitable organizations. We bring in industry knowledge from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, energy industry, health & social services, education, politics & administration, retail, food industry as well as tourism and gastronomy – without prematurely knowing what your solution is. This is the result of joint work, dialog and trust in the expertise of those involved. In short: Your concern is our mission. And for us, development is always a joint process.

For us, a better world begins where people interact with each other in a mindful, trusting and effective way – and that is exactly what we do our work for. We experience time and again how much energy is generated when people understand themselves better, when misunderstandings in communication are clarified and cooperation becomes easier again.
