About me

As an experienced systemic consultant, I support people, teams and companies who want to make a change and work as a coach, team developer, organizational developer, facilitator and trainer.
My work is shaped by many years of experience as a manager and as the head of international projects in various companies. I have also been working freelance since 2021.

I support my clients in discovering and strengthening their potential. Together, we expand opportunities and perspectives in order to successfully implement your individual goals. I work with you to clearly define your goals and develop effective approaches and measures that are tailored to your concerns and to your company and the people involved.
