About me
My concern for over 20 years: To strengthen people in their ability to act, by enabling them to experience that even small steps can have a big impact by consciously influencing their own scope for action.
Many people find themselves to their limits in times of constant change and growing uncertainty familiar routines no longer work, excessive demands become widespread – with consequences for their motivation, performance and mental health.
As a coach, I create the necessary space to pause. I open up new perspectives and opportunities for action with targeted reflection, especially in the dynamic everyday life of managers and teams. It’s often aha moments like this – “I’ve never thought about that before” – that trigger lasting change.
As a former manager, I know from my own experience how crucial clear communication, competence, empathy and appreciation for a trusting and successful collaboration. This knowledge flows into my work as a coach and trainer today.
