About me

“You can’t not communicate” (Paul Watzlawik) – as a trained communication scientist, it is important to me to understand and penetrate communication in all its facets – in theory and practice.

In workshops, I work with interactive exercises and practical case studies from the participants’ everyday lives. I use agile methods and approaches from conflict and negotiation management. In my practical work as a systemic agile coach, I support teams with a wide variety of objectives, requirements and constellations.

Thanks to my many years of experience in shaping communication as well as targeted interventions, meeting structures and discussion management methods, I can help you to share perspectives and develop tailor-made solutions.

A central element of my work is clarity about my own goals and the goals of the team. This involves taking into account one’s own needs as well as those of others and the organization in order to enable sustainable and future-oriented decisions.

I create an open, positive working atmosphere in which work is structured, results-oriented and has a noticeable effect – with the aim of developing new perspectives and behavioral possibilities that offer real added value for clients and participants.
