About me

As a systemic consultant, coach and organizational developer , I have been passionately supporting people, teams and organizations in their development for over 15 years. This often involves changes, their impact and dealing with them. Whether it’s about new structures, inefficient processes, new ways of working, digitalization or changing requirements in terms of strategy, leadership, communication and collaboration – I work with my clients to develop clear and concrete goals for the desired change. I support them with confidence in mastering their challenges, achieving the goals they have set and anchoring them sustainably in everyday life. I design the path I take to achieve these goals individually tailored to the culture and needs of my clients – in coaching as well as in team and organizational development.

My own leadership experience in various organizations and cultures has taught me that sustainably successful change can only be achieved through transparent, honest communication at eye level, trust and the active involvement of those involved. This understanding enables me as a coach, consultant and organizational developer to build bridges and resolve conflicts at the same time. With empathy, positive energy, a focus on solutions and new perspectives, I am able to motivate people and move them forward on their development path.
