About me

As an organizational developer, systemic consultant and coach, I have been supporting people, teams and organizations in their development for over 20 years. The focus is often on changes, their effects and how to deal with them consciously. Whether new structures, inefficient processes, changing ways of working, AI and digitalization or new requirements for strategy, leadership, communication and collaboration: together we clarify what is really at stake. This results in clear, realistic and coherent goals that provide orientation and enable you to take action. I will support you in confidence to implement your goals effectively and anchor them in your everyday life in the long term. In doing so, it is important to me to create access to existing resources, strengths and potential and to make use of them. In this way, I increase self-efficacy, responsibility and resilience and enable you to develop under your own steam. The path we take together is individually tailored to your needs, the context and your culture – in coaching as well as in team and organizational development.

My own experience in different roles, organizations and cultures has taught me that sustainable development and effective change can only succeed through transparent, honest communication . Trust, clarity and the proactive involvement of everyone involved are key prerequisites for this. This understanding enables me as a coach, consultant and organizational developer to build bridges and resolve conflicts at the same time. With empathy, positive energy and a solution-oriented approach, I am able to open up new perspectives, motivate people and help them on their development path.
