About me

With my sound training as a metalworker, master metalworker and REFA technician as well as my many years of experience in leading teams, I not only have technical know-how, but also a deep understanding of the special challenges in technical professions and management positions.

In over 25 years of professional experience, I have come to realize that interpersonal interaction is crucial for the productivity of teams – often even more important than the individual skills of individuals. This realization has led me to become intensively involved in coaching.

As a systemic coach, I combine my practical experience with methods that focus on trust, communication and collaboration. Coaching is a valuable tool not only in technical areas. I also support my clients in their personal development in areas such as self-management, decision-making, career planning and conflict resolution in order to strengthen personalities in the long term and successfully shape change.
