We – the Coachingwerk Köln – are a team of experienced coaches, mediators, trainers, organizational developers and consultants. We are united by a common systemic approach and a humanistic view of people: We believe in the ability of people, teams and organizations to develop their own solutions – if the right questions are asked and the framework is right. We work in Cologne, the Rhineland and throughout the German-speaking world – in person or digitally, and in English if required. Our experience ranges from small teams to large organizations, from start-ups to SMEs to corporations, from the private sector to the public sector to non-profit and charitable organizations. We bring in industry knowledge from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, energy industry, health & social services, education, politics & administration, retail, food industry as well as tourism and gastronomywithout prematurely knowing what your solution is. This is the result of joint work, dialog and trust in the expertise of those involved. In short: Your concern is our mission. And for us, development is always a joint process.
