We are the Coachingwerk Köln, a team of experienced coaches, consultants, mediators, trainers and organizational developers. We support our clients in personal and organizational development and change processes. We are united by a common systemic approach and a humanistic view of people: We believe in the ability of people, teams and organizations to develop their own solutions – if the right questions are asked and the framework is right.
With over 250 years of combined professional and management experience, we bring together a broad spectrum of perspectives, skills and specializations. We see our diversity as a strength. We think together, look at complex situations from different angles and develop solutions that are sustainable and effective.
We see it as our task to accompany development and change in a targeted, professional and human way. Through our systemic coaching and systemic consulting, we create orientation, promote participation and design development, change and coaching processes in such a way that they fit the people, their goals and their respective culture.

We work in Cologne, the Rhineland and throughout the German-speaking world – in person or digitally, and in English if required.

For us, development begins where people interact with each other in a mindful, clear and trusting way. We experience how much energy is generated when people understand themselves better, misunderstandings are clarified and cooperation becomes easier again. These moments of clarity, trust and movement are our central motivation for our systemic consulting and organizational development, our coaching and training and our mediation.
