About me

I have over 25 years of experience in consulting, training and coaching. I work systemically and solution-oriented in order to be able to offer customized services for clients. In my experience, sustainable results are only achieved if measures are implemented before and after the training to ensure that the topic remains alive.

I work in a solution-oriented and systemic way. Taking each individual with me wherever possible and keeping an eye on the strategy – that is my aim. It is important to me to create an open and warm atmosphere in which the participants feel comfortable and can open up.

Coaching experience

• 25 years of consulting, training and coaching – including 13 years with relevant international training and consulting companies such as AchieveGlobal, Miller Heimann and Korn Ferry
• Self-employed in consulting, training and coaching since 2011

• Train-the-trainer and coaching training in sales, service and leadership at AchieveGlobal (now Korn Ferry)
• Systemic (organizational) constellation according to Prof. Dr. Franz Ruppert
• Solution orientation according to Steve de Shazer

After graduating from high school in 1991, I spent my first years working as an advertising saleswoman and later in service and sales. During my time at AchieveGlobal (now Korn Ferry) I gained experience in project management of large international training initiatives. The conception of scalable seminars as well as the moderation of seminars and workshops at all levels of an organization are part of my tools of the trade. As a training consultant, I have supported medium-sized and large international customer projects in various industries. I have been a freelance consultant, trainer and coach since 2011 and am grateful for the many years in the service and sales sector, which have enabled me to understand the challenges of the participants and address them in a practical way. “Passion for People” – that’s what I wholeheartedly stand for.
