Team strengths: Team strengths profile for greater effectiveness

The challenge

In times of increasing complexity and the growing importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, more and more people are working in teams to achieve a common goal. However, this often leads to tensions between individual team members due to the different characters in the team. Diffuse communication and rampant misunderstandings are the result. The result is inefficiencies and an associated waste of resources.

Are you wondering how you can make your team more productive, what determines success and failure and how you can make positive use of the inherent team dynamics? Then we recommend working with the team strength profile based on personality models. The strengths in the team, the differences and behavioral preferences become visible and understandable.

The goal

  • The team members better understand their own typical work behavior and its effect on others.
  • They recognize the value of their own strengths in collaboration and learn how to use their potential successfully.
  • They learn to better assess the behavior and needs of themselves and others.
  • Together you define the open and hidden resources in your team and clarify roles and interfaces.
  • You learn to use communication in a targeted way.
  • You will learn methods for dealing with conflicts and recognizing them in advance.
  • They systematically develop suggestions for improvement and draw up an action plan.
