Depending on the size and complexity, we can support the process with several coaches if required. For larger groups of 40 to 500 participants, we organize team coaching as large group facilitation with an experienced team of several coaches.  <\/p>\n<h3><strong>In which situations is team coaching useful?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the event of changes, conflicts, ambiguities in roles and goals or when there is a need for better cooperation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How does coaching work in a team?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Team coaching consists of preparation, several moderated meetings and a follow-up to secure the results.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How long does a team coaching session last?  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Team coaching usually lasts 1 to 6 months and consists of 3 to 6 coaching or workshop units.
