It manifests itself where <strong>responsibility<\/strong> is assumed, <strong>decisions<\/strong> are made and <strong>orientation<\/strong> is created &#8211; often under <strong>complex and contradictory conditions<\/strong>. In such situations, I support <strong>managers and management teams<\/strong> with <strong>clarity, an analytical view<\/strong> and a <strong>strength-oriented approach<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>The focus of <strong>executive coaching<\/strong> and <strong>leadership development<\/strong> is on clarifying <strong>leadership<\/strong>, <strong>responsibility<\/strong> and <strong>decision-making processes<\/strong>. I understand coaching as <strong>well-founded and structured support for managers<\/strong> in <strong>complex organizational structures and contexts<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>In <strong>leadership coaching<\/strong>, I use <strong>systemic perspectives, differentiated personality models<\/strong> and <strong>current leadership concepts in the sense of positive leadership<\/strong> as <strong>practical working tools<\/strong>.
